I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
