Have had the opposite experience with Annette. She was extremely caring and knowledgeable. My issue was rather lengthy and she never ever rushed me. Have been in medical profession for too many years to count.

Dr. Schmidt is quite easy to discuss and communicate with and so is office staff. Annette, NP, on the other hand is cold, non responsive, interrupts when one tries to explain,NEVER smiled once, and was rather combative with me. I will only be seeing Dr. S for appt's as others have noted. The staff @ Bel-Clair Center were amazing...professional, caring and courteous.

My wife went there last year and when she explained her childhood condition to the nurse practitioner she laughed at her. There are limited doctors in the area so she wanted to go and see Dr Schmidt , not the practitioner and they told her she needed to go elsewhere. It's apparent that this doctor doesn't not care about his patients. Please do not go to this office they might laugh at you too.

Reception and scheduling staff professional and nice, however that is the only reason his office gets a 1 1/2 star. DO NOT go to this doctor!!!! After questioning the nurse practitioner about doing non-invasive tests before something invasive (they had no medical information about me, other than what I told them at my consultation,) she proceeded to raise her voice at me and became very rude and agitated.
