Very professional and courteous from the moment you walk in, wait time very short and the office is beautiful...would recommend this office to anyone looking for excellence in a doctor and staff

For my first ever colonoscopy I was referred to Dr. Dumois. Making the office appointment seemed somehow easier than with my GP. When I got to the office I could see why. Well-managed and patient-friendly! I saw Dr. Dumois's PA, Tina, and discussed the procedure, where she answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The "pièce de résistance" was Barbara who set the appointment for the procedure and prep work. She actually looked at me and spoke directly to me, like I was a real person. You'd never guess that she'd been doing this for years and said the same things to people hundreds of times. I didn't see Dumois himself until the procedure itself, and was nearly as impressed at his personable approach. The procedure went smoothly, he spoke to me afterwards with a preliminary review. The followup with Tina went as smoothly and easily as the first appointment.

PA Tina has excellent communication skills and superior knowledge. Dr. Dumois is great--reassuring during procedures.

Really enjoyed my first visit to Dr. Dumois office. Atmosphere walking in is quiet, yet friendly. All employees were busy at their positions but took time to acknowledge and/or answer questions. Very professional atmosphere but "open and willing" to be of service -- P.A. was extremely knowledgeable and scheduler went over all the details for my upcoming procedure.

I have a healthcare background and was very impressed with not only the professionalism but with the warmth of the office staff. I would recommend this physician's office in a heartbeat.

I am fairly young so I worried I'd be treated oddly as I am not the type of person who would normally need to see a Gastroenterologist. However, I walked into the office and felt extremely welcome. They had a very nice motif going on (kind of steampunky), and when I commented on it to the receptionist she chatted with me about it. I told her I used the same theme for my wedding and she asked how long I had been married and was very chatty with we while I waited.

The actual visit with the doctor's assistant (Tina Brufach, I did not see Dumois directly) went very well and she answered any questions I had. While my issue was not resolved, as she could only do so without being able to see inside me, she did explain what could be causing my issue and explained what the results she was seeing could mean.

When scheduled for my procedure the staff was excellent. The woman I spoke with to schedule it was very sweet, and she spoke to me about her cat when I noticed the cat calender on her desk. She even showed me a picture of her cat from 1989. She was very informative on what I'd need to do before I come back for it, and made sure we had clear instructions. She also told me that Dr. Dumois, who will be doing my procedure, was the best doctor in the world. It was very comforting to know that the staff feels such confidence and pride in who they work for. She told me at least 3 times to call if I had any questions as well, making it feel as if it would not be an imposition. She sent the medication prescription I'd need directly to my pharmacy so I wouldn't need to wait. It was very nice.

I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed to see a Gastroenterologist. The whole experience was very pleasant on what could have been a very uncomfortable visit. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called and schedule a procedure in slightly over a week.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
