It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
