The office staff is not attentive, never returns calls. As an office norm it seems ok to leave the patient uninformed and hurry them out the door. I've only felt more like a needy number at the DMV. Unless you just need a check up or something quick go elsewhere. Dastoor is knowledgeable, but not reachable.
