Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Dr. ROck didn't listen to me when I spoke of my observations- she just brushed it aside and just stuck with what she thought she knew. She ended up misdiagnosing me. She told me to call her if I ever needed anything but she never answers. Very unreliable and arrogant.
