Dr Raafat makes the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned she is for my daughters well-being. Her advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. She or her physicians assistant

always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
