I love Dr. Irwin! My newborn was referred to her. Not only did we get in right away, we did not have to wait more than 5 minutes at her office. She addressed every concern I had and very clearly and in layman's terms explained what we were dealing with and the probable outcomes. We live more than 2 hours away and I was greatly impressed that she made a personal phone call to the testing center to make sure we got everything done on the same day when it looked like that wasn't going to be possible. Tests were done and results explained immediately on our follow up appointment.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

She was very knowledgeable, personable, and great was with my daughter. Her one office manager is great. Only complaint would be limited office hours.
