Horrible experience. Dr. Rajasingham was extremely rude and impatient. She would ask questions and then interrupt me while I tried to answer. She asked questions so quickly and waved her hand while I would answer as if to say "hurry up". Our pediatrician was trying to be thorough and ensure she was not missing something which led to this appt with Dr. Rajasingham. She seemed annoyed by the referral and made me feel foolish for even wasting her time and at one point stated in a condescending tone "I don't know what you all are talking about." My son continues to talk about her "yelling" at him to relax. I literally left the office in tears due to the way she treated myself and my son. Would not recommend anyone take their children to this doctor.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Dr. Rajasingham was very knowledgeable and I was grateful to find and experienced, patient-friendly pediatric neurologist. I have recommended her to several others already and I would not hesitate to consult her again with any neurological issue my children encounter in the future.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. My only concern is her bedside manner. She could be a little more gentle and patient. She is a pediatric neurologist after all.
