Dr. Reichert is friendly and respectful. This is only the second time I saw him and feel very connected! The staff at both Brookfield and Waukesha offices are professional, factual and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Great "family" of employees. I am glad Dr. Roach recommended this practice.

Dr. Reichert was very thorough and very helpful in helping me understand the need for the surgical procedure he is recommending. He didn't rush me through it and he patiently answered my questions. I don't know that I've ever had a doctor take as much time with me to explain a medical situation. I really appreciated that because it was a bit of a surprise that surgery was going to be the recommended course and I wasn't prepared to hear that my spinal cord would need to be operated on. I felt very comfortable with his approach and he helped me to feel at ease about the prognosis.

Dr. Reichert always provides me with the best care. I had a follow-up MRI on Monday from a previous brain tumor. I met with Dr. Reichert yesterday, and he assured me that the results looked great - and that there was no recurrence shown in the MRI. He advised me on performing different exercises to help relieve my headaches, and alternate between different over-the-counter pain relievers if needed. He is always positive, professional, competent and confident. I'm glad he is my neurologist. - Linda Ruekert Costello.

I am very pleased with Dtr. Reichert. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs surgery. He is excellent at what he does. He doesn't sugar coat things and this is good. Dtr. Reichert is an asset to his profession.

My doctor, Dr. Kenneth W. Reichert is an excellent neurosurgeon. He performed a trans nasal resection of a pituitary tumor. I felt he was the best choice for this surgery because of his caring attitude and his knowledge and experience. Staci, his physician coordinator was always on top of things when you had questions related to the surgery and always got back to me when I left messages. I was a bit concerned about how the surgery would turn out but after the procedure I felt so much better. I would highly recommend Waukesha Memorial Hospital for any procedure because the nurses are fantastic.

Dr. Reichert was very honest and open about ways to treat my back problem. He explained options to my condition and answered my questions. I would recommend Dr.Reichert and I feel he is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Dr. Reichert was very helpful all the way through the process of my laminectomy. From the first office visit- to the surgery/hospital stay all the way through the follow-up visits I knew that I was in very skilled and caring hands. His staff was helpful as well. The only thing that was sometimes difficult was reaching an operator via phone. It was usually very busy in the office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reichert to anyone experiencing back issues. I am most definitely thrilled with how my care turned out. I am once again able to work and live my daily life without pain.

Reception person and Stacey were very nice and Friendly. Dr. Reichert simply explained that my condition hasn't changed and that I should have a follow up CTA scan in 2 years. He also gave me some input on my headache symptoms.

My experience with Dr. Reichert so far has been wonderful. When I first met him I was not to sure and thrown back a bit. He was highly recommended from my personal physician who told me if he needed the surgery I had Dr. Reichert would be the one performing it. I have gone for the 2 week after visit so far and was very comfortable and had a few laughs. So far I am in pain, but doing good. As for the results and outcome I will be returning to have x-rays in a few weeks to see how everything is looking. So I would have to say...So far if I had to do it over Dr. Reichert would still be the one performing my surgery...

I was relieved when Dr. Reichert told me that I do not need surgery. Then he explained the MRI images that were taken of my lumbar area, not only detailing the area in question and giving me advise on how to proceed with the gradual process of relieving my symptoms, but also going over the condition of the rest of my spine that was in the MRI images. The visit with Dr. Reichert was liberating in the fact that he took the care to give me an overall reading and explanations of that area of my spine, discs and joint conditions. All checked out real fine. If I had needed surgery I would have been very confident with him as my surgeon. (Dr. Reichert was very pleasant and was considerate of all my questions)
