My experience for the surgery was good. Dr. Reichert prepared me for the surgery and what to expect after. I am still healing at this time, but results are noticeable. Some of the problems were not but there was no guaranties. All in all I would recommend Dr. Reichert to anyone whom needed his expertise!!

I've had a very good experience with the staff, Dr Reichert and the outcome of my surgery. I like I can call or email Staci with any questions and she's always on the ball with answers etc. I'm also happy having a very honest doctor, and knowing he doesn't beat around the bush. Major Plus! I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Dr Reichert, his staff and the staff at WMH who helped with my carpal tunnel surgery. I am amazed at how easy it has been to schedule appointments. My surgery was a breeze and recovery has been better than I could have imagined.

I was being seen for peripheral neuropathy. As it turns out the prescription to lessen the sensation and pain from this would bring on other unpleasant side affects. I did not want to deal with those affects so I chose to live with the neuropathy and not take the prescription.

I don't remember a thing. Bilateral Subdural Hematoma. My wife says that he explained the situation very well and asked if she had any questions and was available for questions any time.

Dr. Reichert went over my MRI and provided a very thorough explanation of the findings. He explained what the surgery would entail and all the potential risks involved. By the time my appointment was over, I was able to schedule my surgery knowing he would take good care of me.

I had a shunt placed for normal pressure hydrocephalus on 8/24/ 15. I went back for a post-op visit to his office 9 days later. I am in a sub-acute rehab facility and making slow and steady progress towards reversing my symptoms. It is too soon to tell how much improvement the surgery will make in my quality of life but I have not walked since mid-May and today was able to walk 10 feet twice in therapy with a walker and two therapists holding onto me. I have hope of returning home at the end of the month much improved in my ability to walk and care for myself.

I just instinctively know I am receiving excellent care by an excellent physician . I appreciate the honest information I have received concerning my pending surgery. I am going into it with the full knowledge that things are not always terribly successful. I know I will receive the best care available. Dr. Kenneth Reichert is a tremendous asset to your staff, and I feel that the rest of the staff is selected from the best available. They are all caring and well informed.

Dr. Reichert presented the results of my tests and took the time to explain them in ways I could understand. He was friendly and answered all the questions I had at the time.
