They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. A bit disorganized with Charts and when to do when the Doctor is done with you. I was satisfied with my visit, they do seem VERY competent in this special area. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Way over-booked. Each time we have been there have had to wait over two hours just to see a doctor that couldn't care less about answering questions or providing service to his patient. Rest of staff not the best either. I'm on this website to find a new doctor for my son.

Don't know about children, but Dr. Hoover is very good at helping adults with strabismus. Points for both technical expertise and compassionately addressing every question and concern. A long wait sometimes but definitely worth it.
