Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. It doesn't happen very often that they apologize for their mistakes.
