Dr. Lampert took care of my father who passed away of pneumonia. They day he passed away, the doctor said my father's lungs were clear! This doctor yelled at me the day I asked him how my Father was doing. The doctor yelled " I just got here!" Your Father's lungs are clear"! "Give me a minute, will you"!!! My father died that day of pneumonia. What a HORRIBLE DOCTOR HE WAS to me, my family, and his patient (my Father)! I even wrote him a letter asking him to be kinder to people in the future. I heard from others he is NOT a nice DOCTOR at all!!!

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

Somewhat, they eventually called me back
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
