The office staff, particularly the lady that handles the equipment, is HORRIBLE at communication. I called to reorder supplies for my husband and after 2 days of not hearing from her, I went to the office. I had to wait over 30 minutes because she STILL did not call our insurance to see what they cover. She should already know this info or at least have already called days before. I was never given status during my wait. BTW, I had called my insurance company during a blood test and was on and off the phone in 5 minutes.

Now, my husbands machine need to be fixed and once again, I called 2.5 days ago and still haven't heard anything from her.

Dr. V may be good, but in all the times I have dealt with his staff, I have been less than pleased. I need to see a pulmonologist, but I'm not going there because of his staff.

The doctor is a fine man and doctor. Very caring and undestanding. It is obvious he cares.

The only dark spot is one of the front desk people is rude and seems to think she owns the place. The other lady is just that, a lady, and is very helpful.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes! It was effortless!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Dr. Venkatesh is the finest physician I have ever been associated with. He has been "my" pulmonologist for the past 4 years, and have had numerous experiences with him, as I am in late stage COPD. He has been so kind and courteous with my family, as well as with me. He explains every thing he does, and why . For me personally, I dislike goiung to his office because one of his office staff I have to deal with is extremely rude and dimissive when the Dr. is not around. His professionalism exceeds any expectation, his humility is evident in the way he walks and talks.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I really appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits, and made sure I understood everything. I felt much more confident beginning treatment. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was so impressed with their staff. They were so professional and respectful.
