Best one-on-one conversation with a Specialist that I've ever had. Not only did he answer my questions but went into detail about possible and probable causes for my issues. Offered up options and testing to get directly to the "bottom of things" so things could be fixed the first time!
He asked the perfect (and extensive) background questions, which gave me confidence in his analysis. Great listener, very intelligent!
