No, I didn't have to wait very long

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this pulmonologist promptly return your phone calls?
Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
