I need follow up and for three weeks i've been waiting for his incompetent staff to get a test approved with insurance and scheduled. She repeatedly is sending requests to the wrong place, not enough information and etc. I told her 2 days ago to tell her they called and the testis approved, she said she needed the approval number I told her where to get it and she has still never gotten back to me. I've been trying to reach her to give it to her but just learned after listening to a 10 minute diatribe voicemail that they close when they feel like it on Fridays so now it will be another week and I still have not talked to the dr nor am scheduled for the test. So another week passes.

great pulmonolgist. he took care of me in the hospital, he listens to his patients, & actually sits and ecplains to patients, about health. he is very caring, i wish he took my insurance, i would switch my dr., ive had for 5 yrs

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. One thing I really appreciated about their office, was how neat and clean it was. I could tell they wanted to create a comfortable environment for their patients.
