been coming to this office for about 6yrs or so. Happy with Dr.Snyder he listens to you and respects your opinion.There has always been moral problems with the staff in this office you can feel it in the air. I have had a hard time putting my finger on it but Im beginning to figure it out.It is the only person who is left after all this time Carmen !!She will call and leave message about refills and yell and be so so rude.If she can be that way with patients I can only imagine how she is with coworkers.She left message on my cell phone and I saved for along time you would not believe the attitude I could go on and on.

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I appreciated that they didn't leave me unattended during my appointment. They were very attentive the entire time. I was so impressed by how much they knew about medical advancements in pulmonology. They even knew about advancements that had happened very recently. I was so impressed with their staff. They were so professional and respectful. I left my appointment feeling overjoyed and very satisfied. I finally found someone who really knew what they were talking about, and was able to help me. I was very impressed with Dr Snyder and although I had dealt with other pulmonologists, even within this group, I will continue to deal with him, because of his knowledge and personality. He is never condescending, even if you have 50 'dumb' questions, and he will spend as much time with you as necessary. I would recommend him every day of the week!!!
