I ended up spending half my day in their waiting room, it was ridiculous. No one should ever have to wait that long. It was very difficult for me to get an appointment with them. I had to wait forever. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
