While I am unsure of what caused the delay, it took 2 1/2 MONTHS to get ANY follow up. And now, 3 months later, I am calling everyday for my insurance to receive the diagnosis so the insurance can approve my medicine which needs a pre-op.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Does this pulmonologist always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
