They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One of the things that drew me to their office even more, was how easy it was to find. I found the building and parking right away.
