They didn't leave me unattended for that long during my appointment. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Dr. Baktidy & his staff are for my well-being. Their advice is unbiased. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained.

They seemed like they were irritated and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. . I would never recommend them to a friend or family member. If I had only known how awful my experience was going to be, I wouldn't have gone in the first place.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They're willing to work with me and my schedule to figure out a time that's convenient for me.
