Her staff is so friendly! I felt like I was talking to an old friend almost from the beginning of our visits there. They are very knowledgeable about insurance billing and prompt to answer any questions that may arise about scheduling, etc. There is a patience and calmness about Barbara that is unmatched by the speech pathologists we have seen in the past. There was solid groundwork to build on from the very beginning that led to new, fun techniques and produced some very nice results. She is very well informed in terms of examining all other factors that may come into play when helping her clients and is a good source of referrals to other specialists who can help. She also stays abreast of the latest treatment techniques in her field and evaluates them honestly to make sure they are the best course of action for a child and their specific needs. She wants to help the WHOLE person.
