Monika Radloff, MD, did an excellent job of monitoring my broken collar bone (Feb.-April 2015). Check-in procedures were efficient, Dr. Radloff was on time but never rushed, the X-ray staff were prompt and courteous, and -- most importantly -- Dr. Radloff asked relevant questions and really listened to my responses and concerns. Her advice struck me as perfectly on target, and my healing went very well. One never wants to have to see an orthopedic specialist, but it is gratifying to know that Flagstaff has such a fine facility, with such excellent doctors.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to wait at all. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
