The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
