I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer and my Internist reccomended I see Dr. Purkert - I am so gld he did! Dr. Purket is not only a excellent surgeon, he and his staff are warm and thoughful. I couldn't be more pleased.
If you are in need of a wonderful surgeon in Northern Virginia, you owe it to yourself to seek out Dr. Purkert.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I really liked that they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits thoroughly. I was able to make a much more informed decision. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. One thing I didn't like was how long I had to wait in their waiting room. I wish they had been able to get me in sooner.

I dont know how that arrogant rude little snit Arsi keeps her job. Its odd such a good surgeon would be represented by such a selfish snotty hateful little assistant.

If you have used this doctor for surgery in previous years for something other than breast, you will not be allowed to contact him about any issue. The receptionist is quite rude and will inform you that reguardless if Dr Purkert was your surgeon and has all your records you must find another doctor to address any surgery Dr Purkert had performed.
