The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I had to look around for a very long time before I finally saw their diplomas hanging on the wall. I wish they would make them more obvious, because the entire time I was looking for them, I was nervous that they weren't actually qualified. I didn't appreciate that they rushed my appointment. I didn't have time to ask all the questions that I wanted to. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They aren't even slightly flexible with their appointment times, and trying to get an appointment with them is extremely frustrating. The only times they have available always conflict with my schedule.
