They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've been to some surgeons that seem like all you are is a hindrance to their schedule, but not this one. They were so kind and patient, and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
