They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only did they explain my treatment's risks and benefits, they made sure I understood everything so I could make the best decision for me. I'm definitely going to recommend them to people I know. They did a fantastic job. They're almost always able to answer my questions via email, which is great because I don't live close to the office.
