Dr. Kram and staff are excellent with their patients. They treat everyone fairly, office is clean, staff is professional and communicative. IOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!!!

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

This provider to me was rude. He introduced himself, asked me to open my mouth and made a few notes in my chart. He mumbled he would be right back and the moment he left the room his assistant informed me of my cost and dismissed me. When I went to the receptionist she wrote my cost on a business and wanted to know if I would make an appointment soon to have my teeth removed. I informed her I would not schedule an appointment until I had a chance to speak with the dentist. She then asked me didn't you speak with him and turned her head to the dental assistant that was there in the room, who nodded yes. I said, "NO." He looked at my teeth and left the room. Then the dental assistant said, I'm sorry I will tell him you want to speak with him and placed me back in the exam room. I sat for five minutes and left. I had never seen anything so rude, in all of my life. This really pissed me off. I did not know if I got that treatment because I'm a medicare patient and was referred by a public clinic or he was naturally rude like that. Either way he will not be operating in my mouth. SHAME ON HIM, FOR BEING SO DISRESPECTUL TO A PATIENT AND NOT EVEN OPEN HIS MOUTH TO ASK IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. WHAT DOCTOR OPERATES LIKE THAT? UGGGHHHHH!!! I WAS SO PISSED, I LEFT SO I WOULD NOT BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I can't wait to see the referring physician to tell him of my treatment.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Prior to my visit I was told several times to arrive at least 15 minutes early. I arrived 15 minutes early and then they made me wait for 30 minutes past my appointment time. I finally asked them when I might be taken in for my appointment and then they took me in immediately. The office was easy enough to find. As far as my surgery, Dr Kram was nice enough but I had serious pain for several days after the surgery and he had an accident with the drill against my lip which caused an unnecessary injury. In fact, the pain in my jaw after the extraction was worse than a recent ankle surgery. If you don't mind waiting without explanation and then being rushed once you get in then this doctor is a good choice. Personally I will not ever go back to this office.
