My experience with Dr Clark was a nightmare. He didn't get the IV in properly and I immediately started to get a pain in my lower arm and hand. I told him to stop, that something was wrong but he ignored me. The pain kept getting worse and I was crying and yelling for him to stop, that the pain was horrible and he told his assistant to keep it going, ignoring my cries to stop. I kept crying and saying it hurts and pleading with him to stop and he continued to ignore me. Finally after what seemed forever, he took out the IV and very rudely tuned his back to me told me to go some place else to have the procedure done and he left the room while I was still crying and holding my arm. He never came back to see if I was OK. The assistant told my husband that I got a full dose, but never went to sleep. It was a horrible experience.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Anyone reading this, I urge you to choose ANY OTHER oral surgeon-- NOT Dr. Clark! I arrived to have my wisdom teeth removed in complete ignorance of the procedure, expecting to have it explained to me. Without explaining anything, Dr. Clark got a needle ready, and when I said something about not being aware of his plans with the needle, he said “I never said anything about a needle,” although I could plainly see it! He never even told me what he was going to inject me with. He then made other comments -homophobic in nature-that made me uncomfortable with him, and I decided to leave and not have the procedure done. I removed the tourniquet from my arm and started to get up from the chair. He put the tourniquet back on, held me down with his weight and instructed the nurse to hold my other arm and keep me from stopping him. Despite me saying “Stop, I don’t want you to!” he put the needle in my arm anyway. I was put completely to sleep, and the procedure was done against my will. Please don’t let this happen to you! I have both civil AND criminal law suits pending against Dr. Clark. This man is a monster.
