Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and easy to relax in while I waited for my appointment. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Dr. Lampard is a most genuine soul who treats her patients like they are her own family. I've sat in the procedure room as she worked on my mother, and on another occasion, watched her calm my over anxious son having his wisdom teeth out. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
