Dr. Lampard is the best Oral Surgeon I have ever had. She is very detailed in her work, always puts the patients welfare first. She explains all procedures that she will be performing completely, and makes you comfortable and has the highest professional work ethics that are possible. Her staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. So my testamonial to Dr. Carolyn Lampard and her staff is that they are the best in the surrounding Altoona area. I am a repeat customer and so is my wife and I would not want to go to any other oral surgeon. I live in Martinsburg and they are well worth the travel time for their services.

They made sure every single question I had was answered and they were always available if I thought of any other questions. The staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it. The office was clean, organized and very comfortable. This was my first experience with oral surgery. Naturally, I was very nervous and apprehensive. The receptionist, staff and Dr. Carolyn Lampard were so friendly, caring and exceptionally professional. I will most definitely use this service in the future if the need ever arises and I'll most definitely refer them to my family, friends and associates. On the day of the surgery I was very nervous. They all made me feel at ease before, during and after the surgery. Before I new it, the procedure was over with no pain and / or discomfort. One day after the surgery and I still feel no pain and / or discomfort. I want to also commend them for calling my home at the end of the day and inquiring on my condition. Not only is this good public relations, but it is also a sign of professionalism and of caring for their patients. Again, if anybody would ever need a location for oral surgery, I would highly recommend Carolyn S. Lampard, D.D.S. @ 901 Valley View Blvd., Altoona, Pa. (16602).

Shocked I was even sent there by my own dentist.
Was somewhat leery of the procedure.
Initital visit was pleasant, reassurring and the staff including Dr. Lampard
answered all of my questions.
Day of the procedure the Dr and staff were all very nice, kind and calmed my
nerves.
Will go back if needed.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
