I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
