Dr. Zdral's office is always tidy and organized, with an assortment of interesting magazines. I have a complex medical history that has the potential of affecting my eye health, and he and Dr. Esser not only remember that, they are proactive about it in a way few other doctors I know are. If you want comprehensive, proactive, and thorough care by people who are polite and knowledgeable, this is the office to go to.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
