I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
