The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears.
