Here you have a doctor who is 1st rate - would be at home in NY City or LA, no problem. Problem is, his staff made my wife cry they were so rude and officious. They were determined they were right and she was wrong. Then, when presented with a witness showing they were wrong, they sought to justify their comments with "we never said that..." or "it is our policy..." or "we will not argue with you..." In short, they wrote a bad prescription for my wife, three glasses ($1,000), and their excuse is not forthcoming, no apology (even from the doctor who could overhear). When I called them I got the same officious lady who told me that the opticians would change the lenses at the optician's cost "because that is common policy." I asked it it was common policy for others to pay for their mistake. She refused to discuss such an obvious question. Wish I had a recording to append here.
Still, he's a great doctor... and in a little city what can you do? Answer? Tell the truth.
