We were there for contacts for my daughter and we got the prescription for her but we could not find a place wanting to order the contacts for her and we didn't get the info from this place regarding where to go to order them. Everything else was very good.

I took my son there and the staff was very kind. The bathrooms were out of order so we had to walk out of the office to the bathrooms past the elevators (which is not a problem) it was when we got the doctor after we sat back out in the waiting area for my son's eyes to dilate. When we came back he was rude to my 6 year old telling him to cooperate and when my son asked "what does cooperate mean?" all he could say was "it means behave." when he finished checking my sons eyes all he could say was he's farsighted and that he doesn't need any glasses yet and then doesn't say another thing after that. I don't like the way my son was treated and the lack of information given. and I wont go back there.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say Dr. Pachtman isby far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. He consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust him to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Dr Pachtman was extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. He actually yelled at my child for not responding to his questions immediately. He should NOT be working with children. He never smiled or made eye contact with me or my child. I was trying to explain my situation and he just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. It was very clear that he didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. We heard him discussing his personal problems on the phone while we sat waiting for him for over 40 minutes! I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!!

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
