I used to be extremely nearsighted. I went to another doctor in the area and asked about lasik surgery and that doctor said they couldn't do it. A coworker talked me into seeing Dr. Robinson. I had pretty much given up hope of ever having good eyesight. Dr. Robinson said he could help me. He performed lasik surgery on me in about 2004. It took a long time for my eyes to heal up - about a year - but I can see great now and that was with no "touch ups". I just took an impromptu eye exam at home this evening, and I saw 20/40 out of both eyes uncorrected. I think Dr. Robinson is very skilled at what he does, and if I had it to do all over again, I would not hesitate.
