I never actually got to see the Dr as I was 5 mins late after driving around 3 different medical complexes near to each other, in addition to a mix up on the time of the appt, leaving me a total of 15 mins late for my appt. Front desk woman was EXTREMELY RUDE. Didn't even greet me, just said, Your appt was supposed to be at 8:20. He can't see you today. Its ridiculous that they would treat a brand new patient this way and all over 15 mins. Most doctors make you wait at least that long before you are called back. I had all my paperwork completed ahead of time to expedite things. They really should have done a better job of handling this situation. I will never return to see if the doctor is good. And I will be certain to tell people about my bad experience whenever the opportunity comes up.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. All my questions were answered, and I feel confident that I fully understand the problems with my eyesight. They followed up with me after my appointment.
