Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

My parents have seen Dr. Jame Park over 10 years. This provider is very difficult to get an appointment. They message box is always full and sometimes, can not even leave a message. Their office hour is very odd. Even being a long term patient, can't make appointment to see Dr. for urgent situation. Only reason seeing him is because my parent speak very little English. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with patient until they find a solution for my situation.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. They always have the automated voice message throughout the whole day that you can't get a hold of them on the phone to make or cancel appointments! Ridiculous! The time they opened I called and they have their automated message throughout lunch time. Then when I called at 10:40am they already have their automated lunch message from 12-2pm. I wonder if Dr. Park knows that his staff doesn't pick up any calls whatsoever!!!! Ugh! So frustrating. His staff is incompetent and this office can't run an office by providing customer service!!!!
