Dr. Huzella (Tibold) is such a wonderful doctor. I had a bump growing on the inner corner of my eye and was very nervous about getting it removed. She was very gentle and put me at ease. It did not hurt when she took it off and it did not hurt when she took the stitches out later. I am so happy! There is no scar at all now. I saw Dr. Huzella at Maryland Vision Institute's Frederick office location. The office staff is very nice and her assistant Maria is super sweet.

This morning I had a very comprehensive eye exam at Maryland Vision Institute - Frederick office on TJ Drive in Frederick. I have to give Dr. K Michelle Huzella a shout out and say thank you! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism displayed by her and her staff. It had been several years since my last exam and it was no where near as thorough as this exam. I had lots of questions as I was taken to one machine after another and the staff kindly answered all my questions. I am always apprehensive going to eye exams, but the friendly staff and Dr. Huzella made me feel at ease.
If you are in need of an Ophthamologist, I would highly recommend Dr. Huzella and the Maryland Vision Institute on TJ Drive in Frederick, Maryland.

Drs. Chang and Huzella are exceptional at making you feel at ease , answer all your questions and concerns. Their work ethics are unprecedented. There’s no need to go anywhere else for your vision needs. The staff is very friendly and professional as well.

Dr. Huzella is an excellent doctor with incredible knowledge that she shares and a warm bedside manner. She is my doctor for glaucoma, and also performed a blepharoplasty on both of my eye lids, with beautiful results. My mother, who is 84, is also a patient of Dr. Huzella's and likes her very much as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Huzella has taken care of me for years. She is wonderful. I always liked my glasses and contacts but when I was turning 21 she encouraged me to have Lasik and I am so happy. Best decision! No more glasses and no more hassle with contacts. Thank you to all the doctors and staff at MVI for transforming my life!

Dr. Huzella was amazing! She took her time with my appointment from beginning to end. She truly makes you feel like you are the only person in the office. I will only see her from now on w/any of my eyecare needs!! You can tell she is very intelligent but she talks to you so you can understand your diagnosis. Overall GREAT experience!

Dr. Huzella always takes the time to clearly explain what is going on with my vision, and explains the plan in plain language. She never makes me feel rushed. I am slightly hard of hearing and it helps that she understands this and speaks directly to me in a clear fashion.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
