Dr Andy Hay is an excellent doctor, who goes out of his way to discuss any problems or treatment necessary. He is very professional , returns calls promptly and his staff are always courteous

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They were so unfriendly and cold to me that I thought I might catch a chill. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Dr. Hay was very rude and so was his ignorant receptionist!
