I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

It was not hard to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. they do have Saturday hours of which is a plus fo me. I will absolutely return. They definitely put in the extra effort to make me feel valued. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
