They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
