I was so pleased with the warm reception I got here-everyone is so friendly! I have already sent tons of people here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care especially cataract surgery. I was so scared but Dr. Chris made it so that I was not scared anymore. Another doc told me to wait but I could not see well as it was. Now things are clear, I am 20/20 and I do not need those cheater glasses. I am thrilled! Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Best eye exam every.....

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
