I was impressed with how comfortable the waiting room was. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
They are always so careful and meticulous. My calls are answered fairly quickly here. I am not often put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a question I won't have to wait long to get it answered. They're good about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
