Considering the visit was an emergency room follow up, it was somewhat frustrating to have over an hour wait when I was told to be there by 3pm for the appointment. The desk staff was wonderful, the assistant had a snippy attitude which did not seem to match the rest of the office or the doctor.
Parking is horrible there and the office itself is old/outdated and very dark.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
